“If I plant a seed today maybe it will be a forest one day.”
This was the sentence that gave rise to the new autumn-winter collection, marked by a maturing phase of Grace Baby&Child as a brand. Inspired by the verb grow – because when a seed is planted, a new plant will grow – there is no better place to observe this collection than a greenhouse garden, surrounded by seeds, flowers, and growing plants.
The new Grace Baby&Child collection for AW19 combines twill, corduroy, and wool with the lovely textures of knitwear and cotton gauze. The final outcome does not disappoint: all offerings for children from 0 to 10 years old remain true to the brand’s ethos – romantic and simplistic, with functionality and extraordinary attention to detail.
To floral and forest-themed prints, the brand added unlikely colours: dusty pink, taupe and dark blue, combined with two shades of green and brick, tobacco and amber warm tones. Hand embroideries, ruffles, and knitted details are seen throughout the collection – the signature of Grace Baby&Child.
We’re ready to visit the garden and discover the new Grace Baby&Child collection, thoughtfully entitled “Seeds.”
