Natti Natti is a small Brooklyn based children’s interiors company that is the brainchild of couple Shannon and Eric. After having their two children Emma and Luke, they wanted to work from home and design products that help with the transition from crib to “big kid” bed. The name translates to “nighty night” in Swedish, which links to the brand’s beginning- they started out with fun duvets and have been growing ever since.
The line now includes pillows, wall prints and blankets as well. The brand stays true to its Scandinavian style that is effortlessly stylish, but adds a touch of whimsy to appeal to kids. Bubbles, twigs and rainbows are a few of the playful prints that are available right now and reflect the art background that the founders have.
Natti Natti is known for its unique pocket duvet that allows children to tuck in their favourite toy to sleep beside them at night. This is an ingenious idea that helps avoid the potential bedtime struggle for parents and their kids.
Shannon and Eric use 100% organic cotton as well as eco-friendly dyes for the prints which is ensures that parents can feel good about their purchases from Natti Natti. The couple started small and continue to create their products in small batches to maintain that appeal.
Natti Natti is available at various NYC and New Jersey boutiques, as well as some stockists in the United Kingdom and Australia. Don’t worry though if you do not live in these areas, the playful and pretty collection is available to purchase on their website as well.
